ACM has contracted with KiddieCorp to provide on-site child care at the SOSP 2019 conference. This company has over 30 years of experience providing child care at professional and scientific conferences.

Child care spaces are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. We have currently budgeted for 20 children, but can grow or shrink the number of spots based on demand. If you are planning to use the child care service, or have any questions about it, please send an email to Carey Williamson (General Co-Chair) on or before September 1. The deadline to register for child care is September 30, 2019.

Is there a fee for the program?
No. The program is free of charge to conference attendees, thanks to the generous support of ACM SIGOPS and the University of Waterloo.
How old does my child need to be?
Care will be provided for children between the ages of 6 months and 12 years.
When is child care available?
Sunday, October 27 to Wednesday, October 30 (inclusive) 8:00am to 5:00pm each day.
Where will the child care facility be located?
Upstairs in the Arthur Lismer Room at the Deerhurst Resort. It will be easy to visit your child/children between conference sessions.
